Estimated delivery times and factors affecting them:

7-10 days delivery time. In emergency conditions, the delivery time may exceed. You can cancel the order by contacting us through the official email.

Return & Exchange Policy

At [WITHIM], we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

1. Withim Exchange Policy:

If you are unhappy with the Products that you have received, you can send it back to us within 05 days of the delivery. We will either replace it with another product of the same value, or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a Voucher.


2. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

Defective/Damaged Product
Product significantly different from the Product’s Specifications
Wrong Color/ Size/ Style
Incorrect Quantity
Wrong Product Delivered
Part of Product is missing


3. Items Excluded from Return and Exchange:

Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Consumable Product
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.
Serial Number is tampered
Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty and reported after 05-days.
Product or box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage because of malfunctioning of product.
Product is used or worn or altered
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
Items purchased during clearance or sale events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


4. Process for Return and Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [withimcare@gmail.com] within 5 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return or exchange along with picture(s) of the product .
Our customer service team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if applicable.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging along with the RA number (if provided) and ship it to our designated address.


5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.


6. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet our return/exchange policy criteria.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 07 days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
